We accept your reservation after you fill in the query on our web site. We do not answer anonimous queries.
After you filled in the query , we send you an offer , which you check, avouch and pay in demanded advance payment on our account. The rest payment can be done when you arrive, in cash or on the account. We accept only written cancellation of reservation , sent by the post, with the explanation for cancellation. There are general rules for returns of the advanced payment. |
